I have been craving and wanting to make toffee cookies. I have a recipe for butter toffee cookies but I wanted to kick it up a notch and add chocolate chips. Here is a recipe I found on Allrecipes.com. It was sooooooooooo addicting and yum-goodness!! (is that even a word?! LOL.)
p.s. I flattened (lightly pressed) the cookie dough before it went in the oven.
Yields 3 dozens

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
