Born and raised in Hawaii I have never tasted Pumpkin Crunch and someone told me I've been missing out. I love pumpkin crunch!
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">2 eggs
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">1 1/2 cups white chips

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">In a large bowl, mix flour, soda and salt with a wire whisk and set aside.

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">Using a mixer, mix butter and both sugars for about 2 minutes until light and fluffy.

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">Add eggs and vanilla and mix until thoroughly combined.

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">Add flour in two additions, scraping down the sides in between. Mix until thoroughly combined.

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">Mix chips together in large bowl and stir into the cookie batter.

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">Then use a 1.5 inch scoop to place cookie batter 2 inches apart on baking sheet.

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">Bake for about 10-12 minutes.

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">Makes 5 dozen cookies.
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">Note: For 1 1/2 cups of chips you’ll need a 10.5 – 12 oz. bag. This will give you a few left over. I didn’t use the entire amount of chips from each bag because I was going to sprinkle the remaining chips on top right before baking, but I forgot. But you can also get away with using the entire bag in the batter if you like.
